Set your limits

Financial and time management tools

The best, most effective way to make sure you stay in control of your betting is to set limits. Limits apply to both time and money. We’ll never tell you what to do, but in our opinion setting yourself limits is one of the first things you should do once you’ve signed up with in2bet.

Money limits

Deposit limits: set a budget and stick to it by setting a maximum amount you can deposit into your in2bet account daily, weekly or monthly (or all three).

Bet/stake limits: cap the amount of the total bets you can place in a specific time period.

Loss limits: choose an amount that you’re not prepared to lose more than in a specific time period.

Time limits

Time out: place a temporary time out on your account, so you won’t be able to access it for a set period of time, from 24 hours up to 3 months.

Schedule down time: choose hours in the day or days of the week when you want to restrict access to your account (e.g. 13:00-18:00 every day, or Mondays & Fridays).

Self-exclusion: if you really think you have a problem with gambling, or you’re sure you don’t want to bet again, then self-exclude from in2bet permanently . If you think self-exclusion is the right option for you, you should consider self-excluding from any other sites you bet with.

If you haven’t already done so, you can activate your limits by clicking www.in2bet.com.cy/metra then Self-Protection > Settings.

Any changes to your limits which increase your risk (i.e. increasing your deposit, bet or loss limits) take 7 days to implement. Any changes which reduce your risk and increase your protection (i.e. lowering your deposit, bet or loss limits) take immediate effect.

Set your limits! - Deposit Limit

As the saying goes, “good accounts make good friends”, so it is helpful to know the amount you have available in your in2bet account. With the "Deposit Limit" Tool, you define the maximum amount of the deposit that will be made to your account, either in general or for a specific period of time (e.g. 24 hours, weekly, monthly).

example: If you specify that you do not wish to deposit more than €100 to your betting bank every month, the system will not let you credit a larger amount.

Step on the Brake - Wagering/Staking Limit

Get total control over how much you bet. With this Tool, you set the maximum amount you can bet, either in general or for a specific period of time (e.g. 24 hours, weekly, monthly).

example: If you choose not to play more than €20 every week, you won't be able to place bets bigger than €20 until this period ends.

Withdrawal – Modification of Limit

Any chosen modification (e.g. a withdrawal or modification of limit) which entails a possible reduction of the player's protection will take place seven (7) days after the Company receives a relevant electronic request from the player. On the contrary, any modification that signals an increase in player protection takes immediate effect upon the reception of the appropriate electronic request.
